Why can't I see the ID & ATB of the buyers?

To enhance data security and privacy, agents & admins will now need a one-time PIN to access any buyer's ID & ATB within Realtair. This is in place for listings that are no longer available or pending. 

What do we mean by the listings that are no longer available or pending

  1. To access the campaign details, simply head to the sell tab within your campaign and click on the results button located on the left side.
  2. As long as the listings's result is available or pending, you won't need an OTP to view the IDs.
  3. However, if the status changes to anything other than available/pending, an OTP will be required.

Once the listing is no longer available/pending, what information requires an OTP?

All the buyers' IDs and Authority to bid letters are restricted in both buy. realtair and Sell Platform.

Where can an agent/admin access this information

  • Within the Buy.Realtair Dashboard

  • Buyers page under Sell tab

  • Bidders in Manage Auction tab

  • Email link

  • Direct URL

How can the agent/admin access this information once the property is sold?

  1. Go to the Buyer page under Sell tab or Buy.Realtair

  2. Select the buyer/bidder that you want to access the information for and click View ID & Files

3. Realtair will send an OTP to your registered mobile

4. Enter the OTP and click Verify Code to view the files

 

If your mobile number is not saved in your Realtair account, the below message will pop up when you click View ID & Files:

“A 6-digit code is required to view Personal Identifiable Documents.

We noticed that you don’t have a mobile number saved in your account. Go to your account to save your mobile number or reach out to support@realtair.com for assistance.”

Can I still edit the buyer’s details?

Yes.

If you have clicked “View PII IDs” and entered the OTP you will be able to edit the details
If you have not entered the OTP, or refreshed the page since you entered the OTP, you will receive a different OTP, you will need to enter the OTP to proceed
