How to Find Your UserID

1. Access Your Dashboard: Start by logging into your Realtair dashboard.

2. Navigate to User Settings:

• Click on the menu icon, usually found in the top corner of your screen.
• Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
• Click on "Users" in the settings menu.

3. Find Your Profile:

• • Use the search bar to enter your name.
  • Once your name appears in the list, click to select yourself.

4. Locate Your UserID:

• • After selecting yourself, look at the URL in your web browser.
  • Your UserID will be visible within the URL address.
