Editing a Task
This article shows how the agent can edit/update the information in the task builder.
You can find your own customised to do list by clicking the tasks tab in the top navigation menu.
You can edit an existing task in this view.
Hover over title or description field and click edit icon
Or quickly add a check list to an existing task using the "add checklist" button.
From this view you can also change key details such as the assignee, priority or due date, just click the drop down.
