Types of users within Realtair

An outline of the types of users in the Realtair platform

Realtair offers three unique user roles, each designed to provide specific access and functionality within the system. Below, we outline the names of these roles along with their respective access levels.

Admins are usually office admins who have access to view all campaigns of the agents from the dashboard, update the settings and profiles of the agents, and customise the office templates.

Primary agents are essentially listing agents who can view their own presentations within their dashboards and update their agent details.

Assistant agents, such as sales associates or EAs to a primary agent, can create and manage all the primary agents' presentations and documents.
