      What information we send and receive from REX

      Automatically fills in address and vendor information from REX for the following:

      - Pitch

      - Price Updates

      - Digital Introductions

      - Proposals

      - Sign*

      - Agency Agreements

      - Price Adjustments

      - Reserve Letters

      - Contracts


      *Please note that "Sign anything" documents are exempted from the automatic filling in of address and vendor information from REX.

      Additionally, Sell will automatically populate listing details from REX, including images and auction dates.

      In cases where no match is found for a property or contact record in REX, we will create a new record for you when you enter the details in the following sections:

      - Digital Introductions

      - Proposals

      - Agency Agreements

      - Price Adjustments
