How to display the ratings and reviews from REA
Use the quick nav to go to tools
and select agents from the Pitch menu items
Select the agent’s name > Settings.
In the Agent Profile section, you will see an option to set the number of Ratings and Reviews (Maximum of 30) and to Show Ratings And Reviews from REA.
If YES is selected, the ratings and reviews will not be displayed on the agents profile page, only when they generate a presentation. The ratings and reviews will automatically be shown in their web presentation.
If NO is selected, their presentation will pull the testimonials manually entered in the agent profile page.
Information being pulled for ratings and review
The information being pulled is:
- Review
- Ratings (4)
- Sorted by date when the review was published (latest to oldest)
How to add the ratings and review section in the template
As an Agent in the Template Editor, select any testimonial layout to add to the template:
Publish the template once the testimonial layout is added.
Only the Office Admin has access to add and remove components from templates linked to your office.
