Realtair is currently exploring what we could do to help save our admins and agents time by assisting them with task management.
In our new task management feature our users can define a templated list of tasks they would like to appear in each campaign they create. You will be able to edit/update the status of each task based on the progress of the campaign. All users with access to the campaign will be able to keep track of the tasks as they are completed.
As we continue to build out our task management feature to include automations and triggers we would love to hear from our users as to what you'd like to see us do next in this space. What problems do you have in day to day operations of your office that we could help with?
