FAQs

Can agent/admin still edit, and delete these manual offers?

  • Anyone with access to the campaign can view and delete manual offers. However, only the individual who created the offer has the ability to edit and withdraw it.
  • Users with campaign access can still manually create or edit offers even after the end date (for Private Treaty) or offer submission period (24 hours before the auction schedule) has passed.

  • There are no changes with Sign-Sell integration

Why is the +offer button greyed out?

  • If your listing is no longer for sale (ie the status is sold, withdrawn, passed in etc)
  • If the listing is an auction, you must tick the "allow offers prior to auction" check box
