Step-by-step guide to setting up and managing private offers in Sell.
Understanding Private Offers
A Private Offer is a manual offer that starts off visible only to the agent who created it, their Assistant Agents, and the Admins in the office. This setup helps keep sensitive details confidential during the initial stages of offer creation.
Once the offer is finalised and ready for further action, it can be released, making it visible to the listing agent and any authorised users involved in the campaign.
Primary Access means - Primary Agent & Secondary Agent of campaign, office admin & Assistant agents linked to Primary Agents - these were people that had access to the listing prior to the private offer feature
When using the Private Offer feature, access changes depending if the non listing agent has released the offer
Before release, only below user can access the offer |
After release, we essentially allow the listing agent & assistant to view the offer |

Creating a Private Offer allows agents to manage offers, keeping key information until it’s ready to be shared. This is especially useful for offices working with multiple agents or buyers' agents, ensuring details are kept private and confidential while the offer is being prepared.
