Update your Agent's Email and Phone number

If your agent's phone number or email address changes and you are required to make any adjustments, as an admin, you have the capability to do so from your account.

First, click on the menu located next to the bell icon

Next, select the "Settings" option.

Select the "Users" option.

Select the agent's name that you would like to modify.

Click on settings

Now you have access to your agent's account. Here, you have the ability to update their phone number and email address.

After making the necessary changes, simply scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the green button labeled "update user settings."
