Bypassing the character count in your Pitch agent profile

At times, your Pitch agent profile may exceed our suggested limit of 1200 characters. Fortunately, you now have the ability to bypass this character limit for both your agent profile and testimonials.

To bypass the recommended character limit for both the agent profile and testimonials, please follow these steps:

1. In the agent profile section, locate the option to disable validation and set it to "yes."

Scroll down the page and select the "Update Agent Profile" button.
