Sign- Manage your office details (Admin Only)

Depending on your profile, there are settings you can set up for your Sign Profile.

As an Admin, you can review and update 

To update your office details for Sign, simply follow these steps:

  • Optional Email Templates when an agreement is signed or a contract is exchanged (contact our support team to bulk update / copy email templates for your office) 
  • Office Details - ABNs, License expiry date etc
  • Agent Details - Name, emails, contractor details (to add or remove licenses and users from your offices, please reach out to our Support team at support@realtair.com

To navigate to your settings:

  1. Head to your dashboard and click on the App Switcher next to your name and notification icon
  2. Select Tools, and under Sign, choose either Templates, Office or Agents 

When making changes to your office / agent details

Review and add your office details as you wish for these to appear in your agency agreement 

Remember to click "Update Details" to save

Please keep in mind that an office administrator can also add standard fees, solicitors, marketing expenses, and more depending on what is available and needed at an office level.
