Who Can See and Manage Private Offers?

  • The assigned Primary Agent (ie the agent who created the manual offer0, their Assistant Agents, and Admins can view and edit the Private Offer.

  • The office admin of the property's listing agent can see all private offers created but doesn’t have access to edit unless the Listing Admin is also an Admin of the assigned Primary Agent of the Private Offer.

  • Assistant Agents can only see and edit the Private offers of the Primary Agents they are assisting.

  • Other campaign users, such as the Listing Agent and Secondary Agents, Conjunction Agent, and Auctioneers will not see the offer until it is released.

How does contract generation work for Private Offers?

  • Contract generation is only possible if a Master Contract (the logic applies to both Contract upload and Contract Form) from Sign is available. Only users with primary access (e.g. office admin, primary agent linked to the campaign) can create and generate a master contract.

  • The Master Contract is important since most of the property details on the Master will be copied over to the generated contract for the submitted private offer. The difference between the master contract and the private offer contract are specific details of the offer. (Other information also includes: settlement details, price, deposit, buyer solicitor, etc)

  • To identify if a campaign doesn’t have a master contract, the Generate Contract button under Sell will be disabled. To have this enabled, the agents who has primary access to the campaign should create a master contract on the campaign first.
