Victoria Requirements: Property Price Statement and Reserve Price
October 2026
What's new?
Victorian listings in Sell now include updated Price Guide, Property Price Statement and Reserve Price requirements.
These changes affect Sell, buy.realtair, public listing pages and Share QR code PDFs.
Price Guide
A Price Guide is now required when you manually activate a Victorian listing or edit an auto-activated listing. This applies to every method of sale.
Property Price Statement
The document previously called Statement of Information is now labelled Property Price Statement in the activation and property workflows.
The document remains required and may be prefilled from your CRM.
Reserve Price
For Victorian auctions and fixed-date sales, you must provide and publish the vendor’s Reserve Price at least seven days before the sale.
Realtair tracks the Reserve Price through the property checklist and displays it publicly on Victorian auction listings when supplied.
Automatic Price Guide Display
The Display Price Guide option has been removed for Victorian listings. When you provide a Price Guide for a Victorian Private Treaty listing, Realtair displays it automatically.
Public listing and QR code updates
Public Victorian listings now display:
- The Price Guide
- The Property Price Statement link
- The Reserve Price for auctions when supplied
Share QR code PDFs reflect the same information.
What do I need to do?
When you activate or edit a Victorian listing:
- Enter the Price Guide.
- Upload or confirm the Property Price Statement.
- For an auction or fixed-date sale, provide and publish the Reserve Price at least 7 days before the sale.
- Check the property checklist.
- Review the public listing and generate a new Share QR code PDF if you make changes.
